Resumen
This Regulation has the purpose of grouping and updating all the measures that this Department has adopted to regulate certain commercial practices in Puerto Rico, in order to provide security and confidence to consumers. With this, we make it easier for both businesses and consumers to identify in a single Regulation what are the commercial practices that are allowed and prohibited in attention to the rights that as an agency we are obliged to safeguard.
