Resumen
This set of rules is adopted with the purpose of establishing the norms that will govern the way in which all businesses will publish their privacy policies, referring to the information about the personal data of their consumers or clients that they collect as part of their cybernetic commercial transactions. . The Department of Consumer Affairs will ensure the implementation and supervision of these regulations.
